Aura CM Rls 10.2 - KVM based - CM services not started automatically on reboot

Issue:
In CM Rls 10.2 on RHEL_KVM platform. CM services not started automatically when CM VM machines rebooted. Every time all CM services down until we give “start -a” command from CM putty CLI console .

Question: how we get auto start CM services, so that when CM rebooted, all CM services get UP auto and all gateways get connected automatically.
Note : Please note in RHEL_KVM Rls 10.2 version , we have no root access user access / password to do any changes in CM machines.

Is this RHEL KVM on an ASP R6 platform or customer KVM? They require different images. If ASP, make sure you're deploying the below image.

Yes i know KVM on customer provided server iso is different,
this is not ASP6,
here is os details.

rest CM is ok . already working / sync with System manager, GW 450 installed and working fine,

Only issue that on rebooting, CM services not started automatically. need to start manually after every restart.
