Looking to see if anybody has played around with avaya-onex, sign in before windows logon screen. We use avaya as our time sheets. We would like them to login into avaya, then windows. Or if avaya onex can sit outside of the windows lock screen. We had an incident where user locked her domain account. We could not reset it fast enough (we have no control over the domain controller, user remained on break for over half hour). Or if the computer locks we can still use the avaya agent to make a call. I don't believe this will be a security issue since we control thru class of service or cor. In other words use avaya one-x agent like a desk phone.
