    Failed Synchronizing Variables for CM

Finding that our CM synchronization is failing daily but only on one aspect of the sync.
Would anyone know how to investigate this error and would it cause the Sync Status to show as failed? Every other aspect of the sync shows it is successful except that one line.

Furthermore, checking the XLN files on the CM CLI shows up to date with no issues. So I'm a little lost as to why this would show as failed.

Anyone have any thoughts or know what logs to check?

Yes, the issue was resolved by bringing our Avaya CM, SM, and SMGRs up to the latest version (8.1.3.8).

        Snake Game

This synchronization issue sounds frustrating. For CM variable sync failures, I'd first check the CM server's event logs and any application-specific logs for detailed error messages beyond the general "failed" status. Sometimes, a specific module's log can pinpoint the exact variable causing the trouble. Think of it like trying to beat a high score in a snake game – you need to know which move went wrong. This specific error could definitely cause a failed sync status even if other parts are fine.
