SBC is not replying to multiple BYE

Hello everyone,

In the scenario where A calls B, my SBC does not respond to several BYE messages with a 200 OK. When B hangs up, the call remains active, whereas when A hangs up, the call is correctly released on both sides.
I need to determine whether this issue originates from my SBC or from the operator.

Check the CSeq of the BYE message to make sure it matches the original INVITE. Also check the SBC's incidents for reports of any messages out-of-dialogue.
