First, I apologize if this is not the correct forum for this topic.
I come to these forums because I am at my wits end with this issue. My company's help desk is of no assistance to me. I am an employee taking calls through the Avaya One-X application (not sure which one, all I know is v3.5 on a command window when my VPN starts). It is able to detect the audio playback and recording device of the host machine I use. My problem is that it is not detecting my device (Logitech G930 USB wireless headset) from my desktop (Win7). Works flawlessly on my laptop (Win8). The Avaya client only displays Citrix HDX Audio for a playback and recording device when I connect through my desktop.
I just reformatted my desktop and installed drivers with very minimal applications (other than drivers, Trillian, Notepad++, etc). If ANYONE could lend a helping hand so I'm not forced to use a very poor laptop, I'd buy you a beer.
