    system manager post installation error

    Hello,

    i'm trying yo install system manager, i get the following error and the installation rolls back:

    - Is this a fresh install or upgrade?
    - What is the version of System Platform?
    - What is the version of System Manager you're installing / upgrading to & from? Include service packs.

      this is a fresh installation.
      system platform version 6.3.5
      system manager version 6.3.0

        According to the support site, the base load of System Mgr 6.3 GA requires Sys Platform 6.2.1.0.9. You must then upgrade Sys Platform incrementally to support the latest System Mgr service pack.

        Great motivation to use VMware instead. : )

          Try Setting the date in system platform to October 1st and save and restart. I just had the same issue and apparently there is a certificate issue where the certificate expired on 10/5. Once I manually set the date for 10/1 it ran successfully. Then you just put your NTP settings back when your done.

            adjusting the date to 1st Oct solved the issue.
