ANS fresh installation "Could not connect to the License Server" when tryin to login

Hello.
Just installed Avaya Notification Solution 2.0.1 on RHEL 5.4 using Installation and Administration guide.
When I trying to login to ANSWebPortal, I get "Could not connect to the License Server" message on login form.
Could you help me with that?
