    Nortel TM 3.1.x issues

    Scheduler won't open and displays a message;
    "unable to copy data from the GLOB to the Intelligence module"

    Have rebooted the TM server twice.

    Any TM guys out there?

    Have you tried to to fix the software with the disk? If that don't work I would just reinstall the software from scratch. You could try to back it up before, then restore the programming after your softwarehas been installed or just pull it all over again.

      TM 3.1 Default Login info after a reinstall

      I am currently reinstalling my TM product on new Hardware. I need to Patch and then restore from my backup but can't seem to get in nor find the initial login info via the documentation.

      Hope someone knows or has reinstalled their product before.

        FYI...if any one is experiencing the same issue. Use your local admin account on the server for the Username and Password.
