Activation of Scopia XT5000

We have a Scopia XT5000 purchased from Ebay. How can we activate it?
Support replied that we should obtain a Sold To number through a business partner. We located a business partner and they replied that they cannot provide one because this was a refurbished product.
Anybody knows how to activate the product and how a new service contract (if needed) can be applied to the product?

To Start with you need to register the system via GRT by grt.avaya.com

The Global Registration Tool (GRT) provides a single, global process for customers and partners to register their systems.

Ankita, GRT requires a Sold To Number. If you re-read my original post, please note that THAT IS THE PROBLEM!
