I have a couple 4610sw IP phones that if i put a caller on hold i can't get them back, it's like i lost the call but the caller is actually still on hold untill they eventually hang up. Does anyone know a fix for this?
What is the CM version?
What is the firmware running on 4610 IP phones?
Please put the latest firmware 2.9.x on 4610 IP phones and check the status. If issue persist, please raise a case with backbone support for further analysis. If possible take a list trace and check what the denail event is coming. Could be COR restrication may also cause the problem.
