Incoming calls seen as International numbers

Using Communicator 6.1.5 in the UK. All incoming calls show as International (have + prefix) so when returning call number is prefixed with 00. Able to work around by removing 00 in Dialling Rules "number to dial for International calls" but then when a real International call is received is unable to be redialed without inserting 00's.

What type of trunk? The E.164 prefix is easily stripped in an SBC or SM if this is SIP.

Appreciate your reply however the answer was just to change the length of national numbers from 10 to 11............
