SMGR 6.3 SP12 fails to install

Anyone have success installing 6.3.12?

I upgraded System Platform to 6.3.5 but can't get 6.3.12 to install... have taken numerous backups, verified md5sum on all .bin file locations.. disk space looks good... any ideas?

It fails with the following error:
Failed to install patch System_Manager_R6.3.12_4903022. Error Detail: ErrorCode="100", ErrorMsg="Generic Error", Standard Output="", Standard Error="grep: /tmp/avaya_aura_install-log_*: No such file or directory /opt/vsp/PatchUtility/patch_utility.sh: line 125: $LOG_FILE: ambiguous redirect /opt/vsp/PatchUtility/patch_utility.sh: line 127: [: -eq: unary operator expected Installation failed for Patch System_Manager_R6.3.12_4903022 ".

There is no directory /opt/vsp
[root@xxxx ~]# cd /opt
[root@xxxx opt]# ls
avaya collectd spirit

There is also no /tmp/avaya_aura_install-log*

What's your current software and SP level?

I saw that post which made me look at the disk space - my mistake was looking at the Cdom and dom0 space, while neglecting to look at SMGR virtual machine's space - the problem lied there and was indeed a disk space issue! So lesson learned: check all 3 places!
