ACM,SM, ESBC and AAEP SIP integration problem

Hi all.
I have ACM and AAEP integration via SIP (SM). Call answered by AAEP comes form Siemens or Alcatel pbx via SIP trunks and ESBC. Integration was done followed Avaya document "EP7SMCM63SBCETF" but problem is when im calling from Alcatel or Siemens via SBC to AAEP - PRACK sip message comming from SBC and is terminated on SM - in the same time AAEP sends session progress couple of times and disconnects - it looks like waits for PRACK but not getting this message.
I have try calls direct form endpoint registered to SM and is OK, also call from CM via SM to AAEP also is OK (i can see PRACK messages going from CM to AAEP and back) only calls from SBC from Alcatel or Siemens pbx's are disconnected.
Maybe somebody can share with me any suggestions or maybe have done this type of integration?

Try to remove all modifications from SBC.
In my case it helps.

There are a lot of things which can cause this. UDP versus TCP for instance does not tell you that it is wrong. Wireshark and traceSBC, traceSM are some tools you can use. I don’t answer to this forum a lot but I have done many many many sip installs and I think I can say I understand ACM, SM and SBCE really well.
