CM Pacth stuck

Service patch is stuck in deactivating state. Can not install new service pack until this is removed. Any help

What's your server type, CM release, and patch #?

8300D server cm 6.3 patch 6.3.10.1 beimg installed 21588 in deactivating state

This Problem requires root access and copying some source files from the Avaya propitiatory server.
