Adding another IP address/ Interface to CMS

I need to establish H323 trunk to a Cisco Call manger however the network on which the Avaya CMS is on is physically separated with no routing to the network where Cisco call manager is on.

So what I want to do is add another interface, give it an IP address on the Cisco Call Manager network and use this IP/Interface to establish the H.323 trunk.

Is this possible at all?

Assuming here you mean CM and not CMS. If the Avaya side is port network based, you could add a CLAN and wire that directly to the Cisco if there's no routing between the two subnets. Not difficult to do on the Avaya side but afraid I can't speak to the equivalent on the Cisco side.
