If I remember correctly there was an issue with TN2224B boards with HW 12-16 where if there was a network outage or processor interchange, the phones would go dormant until called and any non-assigned ports would lose dial tone until reset manually. Can someone confirm this and send me the link to the product support notice? Thanks. We have a remote site that I am trying to get approval for to have new boards purchased.
This also may be resolved in a newer CM 6.2 release. We are currently using 6.2 with patch 02.0.823.0-21049.
