    Avaya CM and Custom H.323 Softphone

    I am able to connect to CM using Avaya One-X Agent and able to get calls but when I try to connect to CM using a Non-Avaya softphone which is YateClient (H.323 Softphone) it does not connect. I have tried 2 other softphone and still unable to connect (Extension is set as H.323)

    Hi,

    Please take note that 3rd Party H.323 softphones will not work on Avaya, SIP is a different story but not H.323..
