    Incoming call drop after 32 seconds.

    We are using SBC 6.3 and IP Office 9.1.0.437.

    Incoming call dropped after 32 seconds.
    One interesting thing is only incoming cal has been dropped.
    Ourbound call or internal calls are ok.


    Where should we check for it?

    SSH to the SBC and run traceSBC to see the signaling exchange. This will reveal if the CPE or telco is ending the session. It's possible an ACK is being missed or telco is enforcing a session refresh that is not being honored by the IPO.
