I have a Callegra to CM 6.3.6 JITC release integration issue. CM is not responding with any kind of message from SIP invite from Callegra.
Note that direct calls to Callegra and are fully integrated and direct calls to Callegra are able to be transferred successfully back to CM.
Verified the configuration in CM from another configuration with the exact same releases and 3rd party messaging system.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Note that Avaya support for this installation does not begin until 7/31/2015.
