Getting Internal Server Error on Web Interface

Dear Experts..

When I login to Webpage of Avaya S8300 and choosen the Mainteance Web Interface tab and able to view all the options..

For some options like SNMP.Firewall and all when we click we are getting the below error

" Internal Server Error "

I have tried accessing from various browsers and machines but no luck..

Any guesses would really helpfull to me..

What version of S8300 and CM do you have.

Is all the services running on your solution "statapp"
