    AAC 7.2 Collaboration Issues

    Hi,
    Has anybody faced issues with starting the web collaboration through the collaboration agent on AAC 7.2?
    Everything is working ok internally but externally when we try to start the web collaboration we get the error 'Could not start web collab. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator'.
    I have done all the normal and suggested steps from the docs but still no joy.

    We are running version 7.2 SP 7 and have faced the issue in IE, chrome and firefox.

    Any suggestions appreciated.

    Hi,

    Please try and reinstall the browser certificates in the root directory.

    if not fixed then please raise a service request from Avaya Support Site.
