SMGR 6.3.14 Synchronization with CM stuck

Good afternoon,

I currently have two customers installing new SMGR on VMware. I have applied the 6.3.14 patch and everything looks great... except... the synchronization with CM is stuck at Off-PBX station mapping. It never errors out so the logs aren't showing any kind of error. Anybody have a like experience? How were you able to fix it?

Make sure there's no active commands open in CM. Try to 'initialize' CM from SMGR. This instructs SMGR to pull the full translation set from CM.
