    Upgrading System Platform 6.2 to 6.3

    Failed to download the patch file. Error Detail: ErrorCode="102", ErrorMsg="The patch file is not supported.", Standard Output="null", Standard Error="Error Code: NotSupportedPatchFile". How to fix this? I upload the patch
    vsp-patch-6.2.1.3.9.noarch.rpm

    You upgrade it from Platform upgrade tab not from patch management.

      Ok. I have mutiple servers to patch would I have to touch each one to upload the upgrade? I tried to use File Manager but it want let me have access to /vsp/template using WinSCP.exe Also can you patch using WinSCP.exe when upload to root /tmp?

        Looks like he is trying to patch System Platform, not upgrade it. If uploading the patch via the CDom web interface is giving you trouble, try SCPing the file into CDom's /vspdata/patch/cache directory and then administering the patch install via the CDom web.

        Be sure to take a backup prior.
