CDR Missed Calls

Hello Everyone:

Does any one know about showing "missed calls/unanswered calls" in CDR data on avaya communication manager 6.3?

I found a way to put 'r' in the CDR field on the trunk-group option.

However, now I need to record the missed calls from internal extensions. I added some extension to the intra-switch, but the CDR frame it only show the answered calls not the missed ones.

Well:

Definitely, it can't be done without AES. So I need AES and TSAPI licenses for each user.

However, I have two more questions:

- Also, do I need the ASAI license?
- Can I use AES installed in a VM?
- It will work AES in a VM with a CM in a physical server?
