    Meeting Exchange - problem with PIN.

    Hi all,
    we are facing following error: using AVAYA MX ver. 5 it is impossible to join conference room, created temporary from IVR (valid one week). User dial in MX, entering room number and PIN, and after a while MX asking for PIN, and so on. Important is that all permanent conference rooms, created in the past, working correctly. Please advise what would cause this kind of problem, and how to solve it

    Hi ,
    Are you getting prompted to reenter the passcode?
    When the first time you enter the passcode do you get any error like "invalid passcode" or "invalid time of day " etc.
    This could be an issue with the conference, depends how the conference was booked.
    Multiple dependencies ,this needs log analysis for cause of the issue, I would recommend to raise a Service request to get assistance and address this issue.
