dials 1 so engaged one-x communicator

Hi there

for some reason my colleagues software phone won't dial externally correctly, nomally you just type 9 then the telephone number and it will ring out but now its adding a 1 to the number so its failing, internal calls are fine.


any ideas, the dialing rules are the same as mine, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software, I logged in as me on her software phone and same problem

not to sure what's gone wrong here as it seems to be an intermittant issue and very rare

so you will see +190208800010 running latest communicator 6.2 sp5 i believe.

ok i think i just need to rename the profile in c:\users\username\appdata\avaya, that holds the local configraution files for the program, this will reset it so then the fault will dissapear. seems to be a windows 7 issue rather then a telecoms issue
