Import users CMME 6.3

Im running Communication Manager 6.3 with Communication manager messaging embedded.
Is there any way to import users voicemail box?
I want to create 150 voicemails

Is this an upgrade? It can be done using a tool called Provision, but it's a licensed product and expensive.
