We have an occasional issue with the Avaya Aura Conferencing Add-in for Outlook. Sometimes when the end user changes their domain password they get an error when the add-in credentials window appears and they enter their new domain password. It states that an error has occurred and to contact their Administrator. The only way to fix this is to uninstall the add-in then re-install it. Anyone have an idea how to avoid this error? I have attached pictures of the error and what the add-in looks like in the Outlook ribbon when this error occurs. I have not seen it happen to me yet.
