Question about login/password in SMGR.

Good day.
SMGR: Home / Users / User Management / Manage Users –> Identity
Login Name: [email protected]
Password xxxxxx
Why do we need these Logins/passwords? Where to enter them?
I thought that they needed to log in page user. But SMGR does not accept the data.
Maybe a starting page other than the admin?
