    MyCallPilot login page keeps refreshing

    MyCallPilot issue that will affect the global CallPilot install base. Issue was reported this morning whereby when a user attempts to pull up the MyCallPilot login webpage, it just continuously redraws. It looks like the MyCallPilot does a search for audio player, if it finds it, the page just continuously redraws. If it doesn't find it, you can install the player, and then the screen redraws endlessly. After some investigation, it appears that there are cookies in the code that expire on "March 16th, 2011".


    Final solution is to upgrade to MyCallPilot version 5.00.41.143. Note: It’s important to point out that you must refresh all browsers on client PC that accessed the MyCallPilot server while the problem was occurring.

    I had this same issue. So I installed the latest version, 5.00.41.143 and just prior to that, installed latest Callpilot SU and PEPs. Now I at least get the login screen, however, when I click "login", the page flashes then closes......? I believe the configuration is correct.....?
