Meet-me conference 'details' button missing

I've just gone through setting up the basic Meet-me conferencing on CM 6.3 (H.323) and it is working. I've added the conf-dsp and fe-mute buttons to my 9608 phone, set Block Enhanced Conference Display on the COR to 'n' and rebooted the phone. When I have a conference going and press the Conf Display button, the Details soft button never appears. Am I missing something?

Hello - I could be wrong but I thought that each time you press the conf-disp button it scrolls through all calls connected to the conference.
