One-X Agent/Communicator Font Size

We have some users that are having a hard time seeing the small fonts in One-X Agent v2 SP3. The application window cannot be re-sized, nor does it respond to Windows Font Size settings. Same applies to Communicator.

What can we do to help our less than 20/20 users?

Try and increase the Screen Resolution of your Desktop/Laptop which would in turn increase the size of the applications on your machine, like the One-X agent / Communicator.
