My XT5000 GLAN1 is connected to public network and GLAN2 to the internal private network of the company. We have a MCU hosted in the private network and all devices register to the GK. The GK shows as registered through the GLAN2 interface. However, when I place a call to the MCU based on the E.164 alias which is 3150, the call cannot be made with the status 'cannot connect to the destination'.
Can anyone help me out?
