Popup window OneX communicator. Pickup group calls

Hi colleagues:
I am quite frustrated with oneX communcator 6.2.10 or 6.2.11

I have noticed that when a normal call is alerted, the popup window is shown as usual on the bottom of the computer´s screen.

But in the case of pickup groups incoming calls, this popup is not shown.

Do you have the same problem??
