avaya how to enable shared control on one-x communicator SIP

Hi,
we are trying to activate share control one-x communicator (rel 6.2.11) with a Avaya SIP phone 9611G (rel 7).
SMGR rel 6.3.15 / SM 6.13.15 / CM 6.3.112
The one-x communicator is correctly connected to SM and Presence (same thing for the deskphone SIP).
But there is no communication between the one-x com and the deskphone (except for the presence).
Do you have any idea where I can check the configuration (in SM / SMGR /one-x Com)??

You configure shared control in the one-X Communicator when you set it up for "Deskphone mode".

Hi,
I work with Dominique on this issue (we are colleagues).
We know how to configure One-X Communicator to activate Deskphone Mode.
This works perfectly in H323. But it doesn't work in SIP.
The 1X-C connects correctly. But we can't not control the phone.
Any idea?
