    One X mobile client install problem Nokia E71

    I am using 1XM server 5.2 and SP 5.

    All is working ok with a number of iphones.

    However when trying to install the client app on any Nokia E71, the app completes the download and then immediately generates an error saying "Certificate Error. Please contact your supplier"

    I have followed the install guide for J2ME which says you should be able to do a download "over the air" which always worked on the previous version of 1XM. I have tried downloading from app.avaya.com and also directly from the server by "myipaddress/getapp" and always get the same result.

    I have also tried to download via Nokia PC suite but this does not recognise files with a .jad extension.

    Any ideas appreciated!

    Problem solved

    Apparently the certificates have expired on the downloaded apps from app.avaya.com for these phones.
    The work a round is to change the year on the phone back 12 months, install the app and then change the year back.
    It does work.
