We have upgraded a system form 5.0 to 7.0 on cpp1v cards. Since the upgrade when the IP phones dial callpilot the callpilot does not recognize the digits being dialled so people can't acces their mailbox. The work around is the customer has to dial out of the pbx and back in on the pri..then the dtmf signals are recognized by the call pilot. We have upgraded the patches and the loadware.
