Dear,
We have Adobe Connect 7.5 with CRS and MX 5.2 environment.
Now we have upgrade the Adobe Connect 7.5 to Adobe Connect 9.1.
Everything works fine except the recording.
The recording starts and stops on the Bridge. But will not download to adobe.
When we start the recording, we get allways an Recording Error:
"You can choose to continue recording with VoIP. Telefhoye audio will not be recorded."
Has anyone here experience with this environment?
