Extrange topic in 3 diferent sites of my company.
Some specific cases where using sofphone they are not able to pickup calls with the programmed button.
But they can use the feature access code normally.
1) Deskphone can use pickup button normally.
2) softphone uses feature access code, because the pickup button doesn´t work.
3) I have programmed in other slot the pickup button without success.
Any idea?
