Troubleshooting WMI

The lights wont come on when a message is left. Just trying to troubleshoot and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Can you please provide more information, which AVaya system are you using, which voicemail are you using, what integration type is being used (h.323 or SIP)
Versions...Is connectivity acroos LAN or WAN to voicemail
