    Communication Manager Messaging drop after 10seconds

    All,

    I have a Communication manager messaging 6.3.0.124. when the client is listening to a voicemial message, the message is interrupted after 10 seconds, after that the message is stable and clear. But in most of the cases it is the phone number of the caller that is interrupted. I have loaded the latest patches without success.

    Any of you have some ideas?

    Do a list trace of the call which is trouble and that should show you what is happening. Make sure you use G711Mu codec for all the calls to CMM. If it is not the case modify your NR/Codec accordingly.

      I've experienced clipping with CMM and AAM when shuffling is enabled, but that typically occurs within the first one or two seconds of the message. Try disabling shuffling on your CMM signaling group. Verifying G.711 as instructed above is also good practice.
