    Can't figure out Auto Attendant Recording

    Hey All!

    I inherited this system after everybody else was gone.

    I figured out (mostly) how to rename extensions and move different kinds of phones around on this IP 500 v2, but seem unable to get the AA to record to the message we need to update.

    Currently the system has a Press 1 for 1/2 the company and Press 2 for the other half. Press 6 for Name lookup. That all seems to work, except there was a company name change for the Press 2 part of the company and we need to re-record the initial message.

    I thought I discovered that *8101 would get us to the menu we need, but when we go to '1' (Listen to message), we get 'No Message Recorded'.

    Looking through IP Manager 9, I found that *85 and *86 seem to be the Day and Night recording we'd like to change, but can't get in to them to re-record.

    I'm a bit stuck and could sure use a kick-start.

    Anything else I can provide as clues I'll try to do.
