We have installed and setuped one Attendant console v 4.11.100 with CM V 07.0.0.0.441.
After some time we have got issue of processing more than one call.
Whether the console can display a full list of callers with Cp name and Cp number?
Whether the operator know about the calls in the queue does not hold an active participant?
