System Manager 6.3 >> Unable to reset password of admin user

Hi Friends,

I have System Manager installed with Software version: System Manager 6.3

Had admin login issue, and can't access to system manager with admin user

I do password reset many times and still same issue exist and password can't be reset.

and i have performed this steps explained in youtube video by Avaya Mentor (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BoBbUOAaeBA) but still can't access to system manager

Plz help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance

Have you tried the local login option?

SSH to System Manager

use cust login

su to root

run: #passwd admin

Then attempt to login to using: http://<ip of the system manger>/local-login/
use login name admin
use the password you just assigned for admin
change password

attempt to login to SMGR using newly changed to password for admin

These steps worked for me.
