Hi hope someone can help, our support team are not quite sure how to do this as well.
We have multiple destination IP addresses for our SIP provider over Europe and route out via these based on location. However we have a more specific issue where we need to send calls out to a specific IP based on "From" address. I presume we'd use URI groups in SBCE, but we are not sure of the syntax.
I'm pretty new to Avaya, but on our old system, it was a piece of cake. The field would be look like this:
$request=^INVITE
$getURI(From)=^sip:0123456789@
So it would look at the Invite request and check for (in this case) the sending number of 0123456789 and route accordingly.
I presume there is a similar operation in SBCE, but we don't want to accidentally take out a call centre!
Thanks for any help.
