We went through upgrade few month ago and now running Avaya CM 7.0.1, SM, Session Manager 7.0. We also have Lync 2013 and also see on roadmap moving towards Skype for Business and Office. We want use used features on LYNC: meeting-conferencing, drag and drop people to conference, one click dialing, We had requested Lync-Avaya integration and Avaya partner strongly shifting us towards ACA implementation. We actually were thinking about Direct Trunk to Session Manager ("Silos") integration that well described in Enabling Technologies webcast https://vimeo.com/111666879
But we can not find step by step detailed configuration information to achieve this Lync to Avaya integration. Does some one can point to such documentation?
