I have the following business need. Does Avaya have a product that can do this?
While an agent is troubleshooting a problem on the phone with a customer a series of questions are being asked and answers are being given. I need a method to capture the questions and answers in text form. It would be fine if the agent had to push a button to 'turn on the transcribing" for a period of time. Or it would be fine if the entire call was transcribed from speech to text. Having it happen during the active call is preferable.
