Help with dropped Operator audio path

We have Meeting Exchange 5.2.1.0.4, we establish an "audio path" with Bridge Talk and mysteriously the audio path will get dropped, what seems like at random times (i.e. there is no pattern). Looking at the Debug messages we get the following message:

    callhand call_mgr.c 184 Software error
No transition found for channel 129, message 0x205, state CP_IDLE /SS_NULL

We've found that actual Operator audio path is one channel higher than what it's saying in the logs i.e. if the operator audio path is on 130 then it will say "no transition found for channel 129".

    Any ideas on this?

    Hi ,

Audio path can be caused due to several reasons.

    1. Need to confirm that an audio path is really hung/stuck.
    2. Need to verify which operator channel and conference room is being affected.
    3. Need to clear that operator channel by dialing out.
    4. If it is an issue with all the operator channels or anyone of them.

Error you saw in the system logs indicates that chan 129 (0-based) received a DIAL command while it was in an IDLE state. The error was thrown because a DIAL is not a valid command while the channel is in an IDLE state.

Try to logout and login back again.Else requires further troubleshooting.
