Avaya Communicator for Microsoft Lync crashes on start

    Hi,

I've just installed the latest 6.0.4.0.4 release of Avaya Communicator for Microsoft Lync 2013 which completed without error.

When I click on the icon, or open it via Tools in the Skype for Business client and error box opens for a nanosecond and then vanishes.

Some screen grabbing later and I know the error message is: "lync integration encountered a problem and will close". I can't see any errors in Event Viewer. Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this?

    Thanks
    Alistair

Did you have any joy? Got exactly the same on one client, yet works fine on mine.
Looking to roll out further but need to see if it's a major issue.

As a side note, mine appeared not to work today, the Avaya bar at the bottom was missing (worked fine yesterday), but I maximised then normalised the Lync Window and it reappeared.
