    how to configure a new extension to experience portal ivr application

    Hi,

    I have experience in developing avaya ivr applications, but i am new to routing calls to it.

    I developed an ivr application using orchestration designer and deployed in it the experience portal. I can access this application using verify.

    But now i want to route an extension to this application.

    Please can someone help me know how to configure an unused extension to be routed to be called to this application in experience portal.

    Do i need to route this extension directly to the mpp server by creating a sip entity in the system manager or something else.
